Food and Beverage Manager
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and creative individual to become the hotel’s Food & Beverage Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the management and overall smooth performance of all Food & Beverage areas in the hotel including dining outlets with extensive Banquet facilities. Candidate will be also responsible for the successful and profitable performance of the Food & Beverage department.

Academic Background
  • Ideally with a University degree or a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity in a 5-star Hotel 
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment would be an advantage 
  • Well versed in Banquet and Events operations 
  • Positive attitude with good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
